Uncertainties cross my boundaries
As fear echoes in my background
Aware I’m a first timer
Very ready to tear out every bit of me
Every bit of the me I want to be
However it’s my boundaries
It’s my ‘me’
And they are going nowhere without my consent
Turn on the lights let’s dance
They are going nowhere without my consent
We’d never know until we try
Hey fear, whether or not you tag along
I’m forging onwards
Whether or not you sing a song
I’ve got a tune to dance to
You might call disappointments and failures your sons
And send them as my taunts
Howbeit, I call them my goons
Cause you set no rules for me
Therefore I rule you out of my muse
